Regain Health Osteopathy Clinic is a Pain Management Clinic in Pimlico, SW1, London, providing Osteopathy, Sports Massage and other natural therapies to achieve wellbeing, eliminate discomfort, recover from injury, improve sporting performance by treating you holistically as quickly as possible.

Sal is a Pimlico based Osteopath and since was a child he has always been interested in sport, being active and the human body. He has grown up playing football, taking part in boxing training, going away to Thai boxing training camps in Thailand and has suffered many injuries in the process! These experiences eventually led to him seeing an Osteopath and he was so amazed by its effects that he wanted to help others experience the same feeling.

Today he likes to take it easier but still keeps as active as possible to increase his overall wellbeing and to keep some weight off due to his love of bread and savoury foods! He also remembers as a seven year old collecting the “How My Body Works” book series from the 90’s, only enjoying biology/P.E at school and so he believes his profession is his calling. He continues to learn by helping patients out of pain using an holistic approach including other therapies such as sports massage(of which he was a tutor), reiki, medical acupuncture, personal training and by taking regular CPD courses.

Since leaving school in 2002 and prior to graduating he worked as a Sports Massage Therapist, Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer. During this time he has worked within various settings such as football clubs, health clubs, marathons, schools, physiotherapy and osteopathy clinics across London and Hertfordshire. Since qualifying he gained experience in busy clinics before setting up his own.

From these life and professional experiences over many years, it is likely Sal has either seen or experienced the pain or physical discomfort you are going through. He works hard to really understand your situation, find a solution and to give you the tools to minimise and manage the risk of your condition returning. You can find him in his own clinic in Pimlico, Victoria and in Enfield, North London.

Sal is also registered with the General Osteopathic Council the UK’s governing body for Osteopaths and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
